Michael Conboy emigrated from Ireland to New Jersey in 1987 and immediately began working in the family landscaping company. Since the beginning, Michael has been involved in every aspect of the company, taking immense pride in the results and success of his team-based approach.

Both Michael and Longford have been recognized for their charitable work in the community, as well as their involvement in various civic organizations. Longford is a proud A+ rated member of the Better Business Bureau, member of local Chamber of Commerce, as well as other community and professionally based organizations.
